You can prolly try to explain away bimax as needed for sleep apnea, but who cares tbh. Tell them it makes you feel better and when they say the delusion cope about looking better before, tell them that you like how you look now better and that's all that matters. Don't try to explain it from the black pill angle cause they'll deny it, especially foids who will try to virtue signal and lie about you looking better before (assuming you didn't get botched).

i already tried to tell my close friends that Im getting bimax to fix a cant but i was rejected by 3 surgeons -- i can just say whatever i get was bimax for health reasons
