how to act like i didnt get surgery

I'm getting eyelid surgeries in june but how can I convince people I didn't get any procedures? I'm still a sophmore in highschool and the surgery will obviously make a noticeable difference. Should I act clueless or make it seem like I somehow naturally got folds over the summer?
