How to ACTUALLY debloat your face

might be wrong but feels like lots of people have bloated face or body which is crazy bad for looks but nobody seems to address it so this is what I do every morning for bloating and it’s simple don’t take if you’re still a kid and be careful ofc

also low sodium/no sugar bs

Eat breakfast, no milk unless you’re growing
then i’ll drink a coconut water for potassium and take 1-2 diurex and a caffeine pill. by like 1-2 hours after my face looks fine. i also never take hot showers (no placebo bs) cuz they fuck your skin and bloat your face
