How to actually eyebrowmax?

I always hear people talking about grooming and getting shaving unibrow to get better eyebrows, but in my case i want to know how i can grow them, i've heard people say castor oil or minoxidil and dermaroller, but i also heard people say its cope.

Does anybody know an actual good and effective way to grow their eyebrows?
