How to actually get rhinoplasty & not have it botched?

1. How does one go about getting a rhinoplasty?
2. What are the steps?
3. What precautions should one take?

Placed in Europe. Thought about combining the surgery in Turkey with a hair transplant to fix widows peak and hairline, but have heard some worrying anecdotes about it. Thoughts?

people here focus too much on jaw. i could ascend a fair bit with rhinoplasty some right but i dont have any clue
