Been seeing lots of content on the media about how you can get taller by a couple of inches but most of it is just some bullshit ab "buy my course" or "app link in bio". I'm 6'0 rn and turned 17 two months ago. My dad is 5'10 and mom is 5'4. Are there any actually helpful techniques?

The chances of your plates being fused are very high. Meaning you cannot grow any taller.
