1. eat as little as you can (aim for 1000-1500kcal max), @BR32 made a good thread on how you can effectively reprogram your hunger
theres no point eating around 1000 kcal below your maintenance due to fat oxidation limits
2. if you care abt muscle or growth at all, you need to be training and getting around 150g of protein for the average person
find any good training program online, 4 days a week, 90 second rests, focusing on compound lifts to activate motor unit recruitment best for preserving muscle in a cut
3. to make step 1 much easier, you can suppress your appetite with stimulants or glp-1 agonists (reta)
parachuting around 10 mg of meth in the morning is the best for this (never order from tg)
but you can also drink a few monsters a day and pop a few pablos a day as I used to
4. staying active will help burn calories and will preserve your metabolism (you would otherwise burn calories slower the longer you'd go on the cut)
