YOU WILL NEED:
To measure your height, stand against the wall and place your object perpendicular to the wall. The base of your spray can, for example, should stuck to the wall. Now, move your object down until it hits the top of your head, basically until you cant move it any lower. Finally, keep your object in place, and measure down from that object to the floor using your measuring device.
I thought I was 5'8, but now I know I'm actually a strong 5'9 (Still manlet height, but a little less brutal). This is THE most accurate way of measuring yourself at home, since it's essentially a DIY stadiometer. You will not get bullshit measurements that are always changing by a couple cm if you measure yourself this way, you will get consistent and accurate measurements every single time
Try it out, and let me know below if you get a different measurement than what you expected
- A yardstick, or the equivalent for eurocels

- A flat wall (No floor trim as seen below)

- MOST IMPORTANTLY: SOME SORT OF AEROSOL/SPRAY CAN (OR A FLAT OBJECT, LIKE A BOOK)
