if you not minimum 200 cm tall by 14 its over buddy

yeah if u have the money and iq to research and study and not end up shorter

there's more nuance to than just "take hgh", diet while ON hgh matters, ai, bloodwork, look way more into it man

unironically just sleepmax, hgh spikes during deep sleep so if youre staying up late frying your brain youre just stunting your final height before your plates fuse

Alr ye i have been staying up Late also i am gonna start in a few months with cjc+ipa 2x daily i hope its not too Late that My plates are closed
