How to apply minox foam to eyebrows?

Can someone please tell me how they apply minoxidil foam to their eyebrows?
I know it absorbs in half an hour that's all... Do I have to shampoo the minoxidil out of my eyebrows after the 30 minutes?

Not for brows

I just Vaselined in the places I didn’t want it and then qtip, dip, swab let dry and went to bed
