Just use an eye brush or whatever the fuck it’s called and go LIGHTLY over your eye lashes. Dont use your finger cuz how is that gonna get it on your lashes type Shi

use latisse instead, comes with a little brush and works significantly better than mino

Just buy something with bimatoprost, cause minoxidil is risky, but bimatoprost could thin ur skin under eye so tape it or apply bimo carefully
