Sea Salt Spray does the job pretty well. Personally, I'm not a fan because my hair is very thick, and this just makes it look even thicker.

I have thick hair but prefer shorter hairstyles because they accentuate my jaw and make me look a lot better. If my hair were to grow past the awkward phase, I'd just be like a 80s rock star, with curly brown hair (since it curls when I grow it too much).
