How to arrange a date?

Last night I went out to some bars, unfortunately I went out on the worsts day of the year because every bar had their security ramped up so my fake id wouldn't work. In line I met some girls and I got this one htb's snap. I wanna text her and hopefully go on a date so that I can maybe get some but I have no idea how to.

just be decisive and have backup plans in case one fails e.g a store closed
you dont wanna look like an idiot deciding on the spot
other than that just choose something casual dont go all out
