u got a good side profile it just looks weird with a skinny neck, train your neck and take hgh if u tryna get taller, u dont need to worry about an ai at 14 cos u still got time, and do any steroids cos they will prematurely close your growth plates, other then that let puberty ascend u and do some basic softmaxxes

I have been doing looksmaxx for a while but I was just softmaxxing
 
I tried thumbpulling but it feel like it made my face more asymmetrical and I have been doing zygo pushing and I feel like it worked a bit
 
My lower third is fucked
 
I used to be skinny fat (I am still but not as much)
 
I did calorie deficit but I realized it could stunt my growth so then I ate my maintenance and now I am in a calorie surplus 300cal and I workout 6 times per week I follow PPL/Arnold and I do 30 minutes treadmill 13.5 incline and 3 speed and sometimes do stairmastar for 10 minutes throughout the day
 
I am eating 2900 to 3000 cal 250 grams of protein 220 carbs and 120 fats.I don’t eat processed carbs and try to avoid processed foods at all.8-10 eggs per day.Ground beef ,chicken breast ,fish sometimes steak (I am broke) trying to get raw milk soon.i take supplements in the morning collagen ,potassium , vitamin d3,some multivitamins and k2 with d3 and before I go to sleep I take magnesium

You are 14. Any normal 14 y/o looks somewhat rounded.
You are pretty much a child still.

ur nose isnt huge its js puffed up, its easily fixable

get a better haircut, maybe a fringe but dont make it look curved up, make it fluffy use products. you still in puberty u js need to grow, so maximise tf outta everything eat a good diet.

first of all bro if your trying to grow and increase your test
stop eating cooked food (exceptions are chicken and pork since they are fed absolute goyslop) start eating raw organs and drinking blood and since your 14 and still have lots of height growth potential start drinking lots of raw milk atleast 0.5 gallons a day make sure its fully grass fed
and also stop taking toxic supplements with no bioavailbaility just go outside and get good just atleast 1 hour per day of sun and if you eat right you wont need any supplements and stop working out and using up your test and hgh that your body is producing during pubety, the only exercise you should ever do is walking and maybe a little bit of sprinting and maybe calistenichs all that other shit is unnatural and lowering your test
