How to ascend as a ginger?

All my life I’ve been ginger which isn’t a big deal in its self but my hair as a whole has as I feel held me back from looking better than I could be. I don’t know what to truly do as I don’t necessarily want to dye it as a first option but I have curly hair which is quite tight but not super as well I have contrasting blue eyes but apart from that I think my hair holds me back a lot I just wanted to ask if anyone knows any tips on how to ascend even just a softmaxx to gain a little more traction?
