How to ascend Eye Area?

Since its my biggest failure. I would do everything Botox, Filler, surgery and Fat Grafting.

grow out your brows
dye lashes and use latisse (although heard of fat loss due to it)
im not too good with eye surgeries but just get the basics down
idk if lighting is bad though but lashes are non existent

Just don't do eyepulling since it leaves red/purple lines for weeks

For eye surgeries you could get upper eyelid blepharoplasty and canthoplasty. Eye drops for your red eyes and minoxidil and dye for eyebrows as well as any lash serum (depending on what results you want)
