India= major name and culture failo. At one point I thought it was an all brown thing but no, it's just India. Saying you're from India or that you're Indian is just setting yourself up for failure. I see brown guys from Nepal, Fiji, Mauritius, Guyana, Trinidad, Bangladesh, and Sri Lankan(Lankans for short, they are Tamils) do well because honesty the name brand associated with India is seriously awful.
