In reality you gotta just fully softmaxx and only do surgery if one specific thing is really hurting your face.

Like right now I’m losing weight because my lower third is really softened by fat, and if my weight loss doesn’t reveal a premium jaw I’m getting surgery asap.

In reality you gotta just fully softmaxx and only do surgery if one specific thing is really hurting your face.

Like right now I’m losing weight because my lower third is really softened by fat, and if my weight loss doesn’t reveal a premium jaw I’m getting surgery asap.

i calculated it and even if you make 600 dollars a week you would have 15k and you can just get your surgeons to make it monthly payment, also good luck with your weight loss hopefully your jaw is fully showing when you lose all of it, or prob will tho bc bigger people have bigger bones
