for real? sometimes you can have good surprise with old surgeons tho usually they do listen better to your plans even if it's risky my revision rhino with an oldcell surgeon who had litteraly no secretary in his office and who died a few years after but guy gave me a suprisingly good resut . guy was so old his father actually practiced reconstructive rhino technique on ww1 patient

i been consulting with a ton of french maxfac and looked a every possible result online and yeah basically from the profile view bimax is goated af but from a front view when you midface is long you end up with an overly long lower third and sometimes even longer philtrum despite ccw so from my point of view bimax is a meme coming from this forum . only good result i seen you seen aswell i think from the brazilian surgeon with some weird movement and apparently frauded

if you find any good results with a midface that actually look shorter after a bimax let me know tbh . OR if giant got some revolutionnary technique why not

I have posted a great result with a black woman, her face shortened a lot but i believe it was just because she had a horrible gummy smile before so it was easy to fix with an impaction.

it was the same case and yes we got tricked by how recessed her maxilla was + the insane movement he did to advanceit she got combined with the impaction. so sorry i havent found anything. i give up tbh on invasive surgery . when i'm looking at giant results it feels so pointless and uncanny tbh i'm just accepting my long midface and will go for a lip lift and midface lift no crazy experimental impaction

Dr Edward Terino was (He fucking died recently unfortunately) a scientologist and a plastic surgeon who produced the result above, a wraparound jaw implant result and one of the best I've ever seen. In addition, he has apparently claimed to multiple patients that he was the one who is responsible for Tom Cruise's legendary and insane transformation that we are all very familiar with. Terino was the GOAT of jaw implants. Even in 2026 we struggle with jaw implants looking "uncanny", "masseter dehiscence", "implant reveal" and so on and yet this guy was able to make Tom Cruise look practically perfect, especially considering the fact that this was like 30 years ago.

My question is, who is the modern day Dr. Terino? Who can we go for an ascension like this now? Who is Terino's disciple?

please do not mention Giant because we all already know about him, I'm looking specifically for an active and established surgeon personally taught and trained by Terino if there is one, or a different surgeon who can produce Tom Cruise-like results.
