How to ascend?

I’m turning 16 soon (birthday at November), I’m 190 cm without shoes and 118kg weight (idk bf%). I want to know how I could maximize my potential and ascend since my growth plates are still open. I need genuine advice and tips on how to make my face look better and how to lose fat and gain muscle.

focus on health (nutrition, exercise) and nothing else. at 16 you shouldnt be worrying too much about how you look, ur still developing. come back once you turn about 18 and if you really wanna lose weight go on a 400 - 500 calorie deficit.

I am trying to but balancing cutting and schoolwork is really stressful and difficult for me since, the moment I go on a cut I get very bad brain fog and I’m often times exhausted but i still try to eat less and exercise.

just quick question, just answer if you know. How do I cope with cravings and brain fogs during cutting? Because most of the time, 3 days later after started cutting I always have very bad brain fog and can’t really focus on stuff. And also cravings, sometimes I can’t really control myself and binge eat.

if you can get adderall use it, if not do some research on glp-1 inhibitors. if you cant afford those, caffeine and nicotine are like bottom of the barrel but still work as mild appetite suppressants.

Can’t get addy in Europe sadly and I don’t really want to depend on a drug to ascend. I hope that the brainfog is caused by low iron, I’ll try putting more iron in my diet and if that doesn’t work then I’ll just force myself through cutting.
