My maxillo facial surgeon has said I would need about 10mm total movement to fix my incel chin, I have a huge head and massive jaw but it's flat so my chin is small compared to the rest of my face and it looks ridiculous

I was going to get a genio but just saw this on reddit which looks fucking awful

Her chin is totally bogpilled and doesn't look like it's part of her jawline at all. Is it possible to have a genio that moves the chin and leaves a natural jaw angle or would it require jaw implants to make the jaw angle look natural?

I don't think using examples of women surgery makes sense

That's not a good look tbh, here's my side CT scan from the surgeon, I'm happy with my general jaw size and width I just want a jawline that looks natural not some weird implant looking result with a nubbin chin

Yeah probably right, men have a lot more bone to work with than females.

I was 100% set on getting this until I saw that post

sound like you need a bimax

sound like you need a bimax
The surgeon laughed at me and said "God no" when I asked him if I needed one, which was annoying since it definitely gives a way better aesthetic result

The cost is way too much even if he'd do it

She got the standard off the shelf half ass normie procedure:

fillers, genio, rhino, maybe implants down the line

Isn't there a type of genio that gives you a bit more chin height?

I wish i had a taller chin, even if it look unnatural it would be better than my inkwell 1:2 ratio

funny thing is her result makes me want a genio lol

But why?

So I figured with a 110ish gonial angle I keep my square head and offset my subhuman chin just enough, but how to approximate that straight line without retarded fillers etc? Is there any bone surgery that would do it

I kind of have no actual shape to my lower 3rd. my lower 3rd need some sort of 'step off'. And more height. Some angles. Ideally I need bimax, but fuck that, and from looking at her result and other genio results i've seen, I think I can get a decent enough camouflage fix from a good genio.
I don't think her actual result looks great btw, but It shows me what's possible, and on a guy especially, I think there's some potential

My face is more like teh kid on the right, evne down to the downturned lips lol

Genio can also lift that jowel tissue as well as submental area. I think it could help me a lot, but i'd need to plan it wisely to make sure I didn't go too far the other way. I don't want a massive chin.

I'm supposed to get hair transplant next week. This would likely be my next surgery. And then rhino

Lifting Jowls area is huge for me, I'm an oldcel who used to bloatmax for years so my face is jowly and looks like shit and I'm too young for a face-lift etc

Good luck with it if you get one

Can the "step" be minimized if the surgeon uses a bone graft? Some of them look goofy AF from the side

i don't know about that i'm afraid (bone graft/step off)
Yeah, I felt like I needed a facelift ever since I was like 19 lol. I guess that proves it's more of a boney issue than anything else. Lack of boney support etc.

This retarded question again.

OP, if you really think genio can produce bogpilled results, please provide me a few examples. I have seen hundreds of genioplasty before/afters and have yet to see a single obviously unnatural one.

so even if ur chin is wide and projected asf and u get a blackpilled genio which projects and widens it way more its impossible for it to look weird?

I haven't seen any genio results that look obviously weird. I have seen some results where the person should probably have gotten lower jaw surgery instead, but it isn't uncanny looking.
