i’ve seen people posting selfies asking for ratings unaware that the location where the photo was taken (often their home, school, or elsewhere) is stored in the photo’s exif data so here’s how to easily disable that feature
how the dox part works in action:
(now obviously i just manually added a location to a random photo of me but that could easily be you with your real location)
STEPS:
option 1: turn off location for future photos

option 2: remove location from photos you already took

- open settings
- go to privacy & security
- tap on location services
- scroll to camera
- select never

- open the photos app
- tap a photo
- tap the ⓘ (info) button or swipe up
- tap adjust location
- choose remove location
