- Avoid fillers (except maybe a tiny amount, like 0.5cc in the lower lip).
- Avoid Botox (except possibly for the nose area or masseter muscle).
- Avoid implants unless you have an extreme bone problem.
- Don’t use unnatural contacts (blue is almost always uncanny; sometimes green or a softer grey can work depending on your features).
- Understand your ethnic features. Example: a small upturned nose rarely looks natural on Middle Eastern faces, but a very large, hooked nose might break harmony for someone with a Slavic phenotype.
- Healing time matters. Endoscopic facelifts or canthopexy need time to settle—during that time, it’s easy to look “botched or uncanny”
- Don’t chase perfection. Ultra-perfect eyebrows or some haircuts can look uncanny. A medium-length, slightly messy hairstyle often looks more natural.
- Listen to your doctor. For example, I considered custom infra-malar implants, but my orthodontist explained the risks and I researched uncanny outcomes. Trust professionals.
- Use morphs. Before surgery, create morphs of your planned changes and get real human feedback. This is more valuable sometimes than your own bias.
- Study uncanny results. Learn from extreme cases (Luka Magnotta, Justin Jedlica, Michael Jackson, clavicular, etc.).
- Prioritize health. BMI/BF' Good teeth ('bite and palate'), healthy hair, facial symmetry, no scleral show, and a proper bite matter more than surgery.
- Keep perspective. Stick to health and what looks attractive through the female gaze. If your goal is only the male gaze, you don’t need surgery—just get bigger and jacked, and buy a sexy car.
Natural harmony always beats extreme changes. Surgery should enhance your features, not erase your ethnicity. Subtlety and patience are your best tools if you want long-lasting, healthy, and natural-looking results.
