lf1 is pretty ineffective for long face, it can mildly shorten the length from the subnasal to the incisor but it will make negligible difference, either way nothing like the photo will happen as that's probably a result of the downgraft pulling the soft tissue down.

if my nose is not straight and looks hooked because it is dowturned will lefort straighten it right , the surgeon also told me just doing lf1the rotation will advance both my chin and mandible is this enough or negligible ? also my face is a bit longer because the lower third is a bit long which is what he want to shorten
