For your hair i assume you have straight hair so use sea salt spray and texture clay on it at the same time this will make your hair looks much more aesthetic imo and grow it out

Skin basically clean diet is mainly will do the job

I’d say just stay on maintenance, better than risking not having a lean face if you bulk wrong. You can still build a great physique without bulking.
