Because diets got better, more meat and animal foods, less peasant seed slop based diets lol.. diet plays a big role in your potential and affects you already from the womb and seems like gains take several generations to go through(as people get taller and taller). Average WW1 conscript was a manlet by today's standards.

No such thing, that would be extreme child abuse, but I have seen cases in person and the kids are all behind in development and retarded. One kid has had to redo classes in mid-elementary school for years, he's been vegan his whole life. Could still not walk or talk at 3 years old and looked like an oversized baby.
