How to be healthy ?

I don’t want to spend money at the gym even though I want to do bench press squat and deadlift for overall body strength but is it a want or need for the big 3 when it comes to being healthy ? And also diet
 
dont do squat and deadlift, just train upper body. We have to stop leg day coping on this webstie
