instead of wasting your summer rotting and having shit sleep you should maxamize everything now that you have the chance (i know its tempting)
SLEEP: this is so important. sleep is when you produce most GH and recover muscle AND support brain function. one of the pros of following this guide is that you will also get goated sleep
MORNING: When you wake up dont touch your phone for atleast 1 hour instead go outside and sunbathe while drinking some water or milk. this isnt just for the tan but sunbathing in the morning will drastically improve your circadian rhythm especially if you are a teen. eat 3-5 eggs and drink some raw milk

and eat some oysters and drink some carrot juice. (if you have the chance/money)
sun gaze and go for a walk. stay in nature for atleast 1 hour
