Benzos if u can get a prescription,if not,phenibut should work.

yes you can take it daily, it will lower your bpm and bp, but it has the least impact in performance and it's in my opinion the best beta blocker

i've tried pheni. you can't take it daily. barely twice a week and it also gives you ED and cooks sex drive.
you grow tolerance to it fast aswell

probably if you take alpha gpc it might enable you to take it daily or every other day, although I haven't tried pheni

did a bit of digging and found out it slows down metabolism and helps you gain a bit of weight. so now im defo getting it. ill get nebivol tmrw and see what it does. thanks for the rec

yes, ngl impressed that you found that info, vigorous steve has talked about how you could use it when you are on a bulk with a maxxed out roid stack and when their is no option and no need to up the dosage it's better to take it maybe it makes you use 500kcal less
