How to be satisfied???

Is there any way to genuinely be content with oneself after knowing certain ideologies?
No matter how much I ascend I will always view myself as the truecel I was.
I always feel insufficient and meaningless knowing that at any second my girlfriend or any other hypergamous foid in the future would leave me for a better looking guy.
How can I cope and actually be happy with my life?
