When corona is over, do go out of the house without your smartphone. Go to college/work/gym/social events etc. When you go home at night, you can use as much as you want because u will have used your whole day in a productive manner. Take books with so u can read them when you are taking the bus or metro. If you want to even level up it a bit more, take low dose adder all to increase neuroplasticity and therefore change ur habits away from internet to productive things like reading, sports, university, social things etc.
