I'm about to turn 16, I want hallow cheeks. But this whole calorie deficit thing is complete bullshit, because it will screw up your hormones. Isn't the carnivore diet really based on that without bad consequences?

its ok baby just get in a caloric deficit use a tdee calculator online and slash that by 500-250 calories depending on how steep you want to cut

My bad man, I'm sorry tho, I never tried to argue against CICO, i just wanted to say it's far easier to eat less "deficit" eating high protein, low non ultra processed food that lead to satiety, have a good day too

Bro, there is logic in his words if you think about it that way. If you eat carnivore for a long time, your body goes into ketosis, due to which all the food that gets into you is assimilated into energy rather than into accumulated fat.

imo carnivore diet is actual bullshit you dont need to cut all carbs out
carbs are an immediate source of energy they will fuel your workouts
this whole ketosis thing is too complicated for my pea brain but it does not work as simply as just cutting all carbs out

I understand what you mean about eating habits. Once you lose weight the best way to keep it off is by eating unprocessed whole foods that are more satiating and nutrient dense than goyslop. But regardless you still wouldn’t get fat if your daily food intake was 1500 calories of ice cream and chips.
