I got my blood work done and I was shocked when I saw my test was at 386. I was just wondering how to naturally boost it as i’m 17. Im open to some roids etc but am worried about the side effects/life span decrease. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

eat raw meat, get a lot of sunlight and try not to raise ur cortisol, or in simpler terms try to not be stressed a lot

How do you boost your testosterone? That's a great thing I can tell you.

What time did you take your blood test? I took mine at 1 pm and it was 384 ng/dl and next month took it at 8 pm and it was 500 ng/dl and free t was super high

I mean what time of day, was it in the morning? and as far as deficiencies go only zinc and vitamin d would really have any impact on test.

Low natural testosterone can only be mitigated by factors such as reduced cortisol and supplementation of key nutrition you may be missing, eat a single ingredient diet of both meat, fruit and vegetables, and consider supplementing ashwaghanda for reduced cortisol levels ( on a 2 month on 1 month off cycle), use of substances such as cbd also help counter increased cortisol, and supplementation if high doses of vitamin d with k2 along with zinc ( i use picolinate). Also make sure to sleep 8 hours plus and make sure your sleep is of good quality, furthermore make sure your lifting weights multiple times a week.

correct those deficiencies and schedule a blood test for about an hour after you wake up. make sure you're prioritizing sleep as well. do you have symptons of low t at all?
will do. Also what would low t symptoms be ?

Good nutrition, good sleep, stress management, good circadian rhythm, good exercise and sunlight exposure. Cheers.

bad libido, ed, depression, fatigue etc etc. if you're asymptomatic you're probably not truly low t and just had one bad test due to taking it late in the day. There could be other variables at play too and the vit d and zinc deficiencies probably arent helping.

when i did take the blood test all those were true, but my depression has slowly been getting better and same w my fatigue and ed

yeah i recommend you just schedule another draw in a month or so and see where you're at. don't get too caught up on the number itself, as long as you're not symptomatic and clinically deficient there's no real reason to hop on trt.
