How to break trough plateaus in the gym ?

its been 2 months since im stuck on fucking 80kg bench press before i would be adding one rep each week on my bench now im stuck at 80x2-4 and it pisses me off since all my other muscle groups are progressing and its really frustrating to not be able to bench 100kg if yall have any tips thx

Just practice that exercise more and more and you should gradually get stronger overtime

what your workouts look like?
 
Practice more or try something different like DB press or Machine press. Get stronger on something different and then you can try bench pressing again
 
3 sets heavy bench (1-5 reps) 4 sets incline press (5-10 reps) 2 set dumbell flies (12+ reps) and sometimes i would change flies with 3 set of dips
how many times a week are you doing this?
 
ur doing junk volume atp
idgaf lol i like training and i dont care abt the science based stuff i just go in for 2 hours and train hard af idc abt maxxing my results by 5%
