I’m 18 years old, My height is around 6’1 or 6’2, I weigh around 145 LBS or 65 KG.
I have always struggled with weight gain and building a muscular body it’s like I have the world’s fastest metabolism.
I was thinking about going on a 6000 Calorie diet which also includes Whey Protein Powder and Creatine Monohydrate. But I was also thinking about doing testosterone enanthate. I take essential supplements everyday like Omega 3, Vitamin D3, Vitamin C+Zinc and Magnesium Glycinate for sleep. I don’t go to the gym as I want to bulk first but I maybe wrong for that, and don’t recommend any steroids. Need guidance.
