- talk to more people and be more talkative and open minded.
- make people talk about themselves more
- looksmaxx more
- quit and don't do stupid hobbies (gambling, sports betting, constant online gaming, etc).
- DON'T HOP ON ROIDS, it's gonna age you badly, turn your skin red from blood pressure, give you acne and make you bald 10 years early. Good physique is more than achievable natty.

edit: you've said you're 5'6 at 13, so try to increase HGH hormone naturally and maybe you will gain 1-2 more inches by the time you've finished growing.
