Obviously I know eat more, I’m saying (for those who were successful from going skinny to muscular) what did you do? Did you calorie count, space out your meals etc. do you have any pointers to consistently hit calorie goals ? Bump pwease what did you eat too

genuine question for me too been in a bulking hell for months without gaining weight

Count calories like it's a habit. The only way to truly know what's going on is if you download an app like cronometer and log everything you eat. Every bar code. Every Molecule of food. Log that shit. it took doing that to go from 157 to 215 peak weight within a few years

I just eat everything until I’m not full anymore everytime

Not enough eating till full won't get you bulked up like you guys want. Sometimes you must eat past that to actually grow.
 
Shit app. Crono is free and amazing.
What do you do when there’s a home cooked meal and you don’t know what are the exact calories in the ingredients etc. should I just lowball the calories or take an estimated guess or will that mess it up
