So i have a trip with my school and its pretty much gonna be the entire day, from morning to night to other cities

And basically i was thinking of drinking a 80mg furosemide but the side effects kick in like 3h after the peeing and obv i cant bear it the entire day

Give me solutions or a better alternative

Any opinion will be apriciatted

take it 1 day before and take the dose on 3 times like 40 mgs in the morning 40 mid day 40 then like 6 hours before sleep and wake the next day debloated demon just don't get into fights cuz u will cramp like crazy talking from experience I tried to lift the guy and throw him w my wrestling skills my fucking quads cramped so bad I wanted to kms

I was so autistic that day for ur face try to go for more potassium so I ate tons of bananas like a monkey idk if it works tho also did some high intensity cardio to sweat only 3 rounds 1 min sprints also try to drink electrolytes or eat decent amount of sodium cuz ur going to drop a lot of electrolytes w lasix so that sodium isn't going to bloat u just going to insure decent health an

though the dosing differ from one and another see what dose u can tolerate I did up to 420 which is deadly but I survived somehow don't do that do I survived w IV and slept for like 18h next day maybe take 1 mg for 1 kg of bw
