I have a bit of vertical maxillary excess, I have a bit of a gummy smile. I used to have a lot more of one but I started jutting (Kinda naturally, I just woke up one day with a shorter looking face, more CCW profile, etc. I have tmj btw so thats prob why, jaw wants to grow forward or smth) and my angle lowers as I jut no joke, I could still jut even more but that just gives me an underbite and I look really stupid.
Any ideas on how to get the rest of the ccw? Does clenching on mouthguard work or is that not worth it with way my jaws/teeth currently are? Do I just need jaw surgery to bring it forward permanently maybe give me the rest of it as the gonial angle could naturally decrease/upswing like it did before to a greater extent (Plus extra artificial CCW as well)
