How to choose the perfect surgeon to ascend?

I heard giant is good but botched a lot of people and doesn't do revisions..

What are good surgeons,If you want multiple surgeries at once..

Let's say bimax or trimax, jaw and zygo implants and rhinoplasty.

I don't wanna do them separately since it would take years to ascend.

So who is the best surgeon for multiple surgeries?

I know Italian surgeons mog for bimax but idk if they also do rhino and implants

1. Perfect surgeon doesn't and will never exist.
2. The most experienced service is the best.
3. The most experienced will have more overall complications than someone without any experience but a lower rate.
4. You are indeed paying for the massive volume of experience including complications & failures because no one else knows better how to avoid them as well vs someone who has actually been there.
5. I work with multiple surgeons.
6. We do revisions but that generates additional costs. YOU are responsible for funding your elective surgeries. This is the policy at all reputable places. If you don't like that, don't get surgery.

No there are surgeons with much better success than others but theres no perfect surgery or perfect surgeon. Every surgery has tradeoffs and you have to accept some amount of irreversible harm (like scar tissue).

Every surgeon has complications so just stop searching for one who doesn't. Only a complete fool believes in that. Its like believing in Santa Clause in your 20s. Anyone who claims otherwise either started yesterday or is liar.

For example there are some surgeons I know 100% will botch a mega case (Trimax and full face implants same time - which was literally started by Giant and almost no one else does). I know 100% they are not capable.

And for the for very few who are, I know some problem will happen maybe 10% of the time. Usually not something major. But something.

Yea I agree.. with "perfect" surgeon I should of specified, one who works on multiple cases and performs surgeries more often with a good success rate. I know there will never be a surgeon who does gods work but some are pretty close. Tbh just wanted some names so I could research them more deeply

There is no one else who regularly performs combined custom trimax and full face custom implants than the ones I work with. Because I started the trend in the first place and even have patent-pending methods to facilitate such a thing and make it all fit and work together in the first place.

If someone started tomorrow it would be an inferior version, clearly imitating Giant, and they would have 0 experience but technically 100% success.

I am the designer which is the other half of achieving the best possible result.

I am about to. I invented Guided Extracranial/Modified OBO for aesthetics and when the surgeons feel comfortable without my physical assistance in the OR I will let them do it on me. It's not to say they are not skilled or competent but it's quite a complicated system with all those custom guides, custom plates and implants that fit together. So they need time to get used to it.

Normal fees: 2-6 months to surgery depending surgeon, location, how big the case is (implants might take 5-6 design hours while a Mega Case might take 40 design hours)

Double fees: 1 month to surgery (1 Week Design, 2 Weeks PEEK/Titanium Production, 1 Week International Shipping)

Wait so who's the real giant,since someone in this thread is also claiming he is giant xd..sounds good, I think if I ever decide on multiple surgeries,then I would choose you,since my goal is just purely focused on looking better since I'm pretty recessed.. also like I asked the other guy that was claiming to be giant. Could you look at my front and side profile and tell me what would be beneficial in my case,just purely based on experience or would I need to book an appointment?

That is hardcore as hell. You spend all this time becoming a very skilled technician, and you'd risk it all for a few mm of IPD. I didn't think you were mad. If you were a down-and-out wage slave cyclops, then it would make sense. But you've got a future.
