How do I remove all these bumps I been using an electric razor but I still get these dark spots from the hairs I think

Don't shave or shave with ustura and cut of these shitbumbs with it aswell

I normally only use an electric razor if I'm trimming my hair before I shave with a normal razor. Works for me, give it a go.
