How to combat brain damage while nuking e2 - A comprehensive guide (GTFIH - High IQ guide)

https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4060203/ this study isn't the best since it's original purpose is to study a another disease, and also the chondrocytes utilised aren't from the growth plates https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/11792565/ this one is on rats, which have a different growth plates biology from us https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/11564607/ this one is on humans https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC12671795/ this one is consistent with the obesity height trajectory theory
Will read. Can’t rn tho I’m at the airport.

Dude. I never said you don’t Aromatese locally. You do, that is water. Your original claim was that chondrocytes itself produce e2. This is simply not true. They contain e2 receptors such as the ERa and ERb. They don’t produce their own e2. The AE at the growth plate produces an abundance of e2 locally.

Yeah, and AIs can't really penetrate the growth plates effectively, at a high enough dose, to inhibit those, aromatase enzymes, but even if you found a way to do it it would have more negative effects than positive ones. I also never meant to claim that chondrocytes produce their own estradiol without aromatase, it was an error from my part. Sorry

No worries. My solution to this is: nuke T. How can local e2 be formed without T that will convert into e2?
