It's not hard to inject into your subcutaneous layer in your stomach.
Like almost impossible to miss unless you are really, really skinny, and/or use a needle way too long.

OP doesn't want to do it without his parents' supervision which is a fair thing to say, but also it's very unlikely any parent that remotely cares for their child is going to not only allow taking PEDs in adolescence but also enable it.
Regardless, the concern here is not regarding discreet packaging and lying, contrary to your naive belief!
