I mainly cope with games and movies but I don’t got a fucking console and I can maybe afford one in a few months, all I got is my old shitty iPad from 2021 and a shitty Samsung
I also play guitar and do artwork a little bit

That is all you can do, is just cope. It is bleak now but once you learn to dissociate with it; it will be easier to handle.
