How to cope with being mentally ill and struggling to find friends & love

How do i cope with being mentally ill? I have Dissosiative disorder, Aspergers, ADHD & Conduct Disorder
I struggle with speaking to people and finding something in common the only people i find common things with are other mentally ill people
I cant really speak to normal people that well

Someone got tips on how to NT max

pharmaceuticals & faking nt(which must be difficult for you). only socializing with people that is mentally ill will make you stuck in nd hell
