Past 4 months I’ve been feeling very lonely again. At school I’m always just floating around from person to person. My “friends” lie about stuff their plans. After school not a single text from anyone just casual talk maybe sometimes like “ is there a test “ or some bs like that. I talk to people at school but it just feeling like they don’t always care. I don’t think it’s anything to do with me ? I’m very chill I mind my business like I’m pretty attractive also so it’s wouldn’t be cause I’m a disgrace to other people’s eyes. But everything just been feeling so hopeless recently and I don’t know.

The best cope of loneliness is to understand that you can't cope with it and need to change prespective
We are social creatures, you can't beat your own nature with drugs or other stimulants, my advice is to try and be less paranoid about people and more confident around them, though it's easier said than done
