How to counter Hydrocortisone side effects long term?

Main goal is to make my nose appear smaller via Hydrocortisone
however long term usage will lead to skin atrophy or stretch marks etc
along with HPA axis being affected due to HC being an external cortisol which can affect natual production

any suggestions as to how to counter or reduce these side effects? ( other than application frequency since that wont matter much for long term usage )

idk some nose medicine
