How to counter Hydrocortisone side effects long term?

Main goal is to make my nose appear smaller via Hydrocortisone
however long term usage will lead to skin atrophy or stretch marks etc
along with HPA axis being affected due to HC being an external cortisol which can affect natual production

any suggestions as to how to counter or reduce these side effects? ( other than application frequency since that wont matter much for long term usage )

Ashwagandha is good since hydrocortisone raises cortisol a bit ( wich can lower test) so take ashwagandha cus it lowers cortisol ( Wich will raise test) also take ashwagandha at night or whenever your done working out, doing sports, or school if you dont do sports. Also make sure to use 1% hydrocortisone Anything more stronger will mess up your nose so just get over the counter hydrocortisone

Also dont put the Hydrocortisone any where on your nose that is bony so anywhere that isnt super squishy dont use it anything above the tip of your nose dont put the hydrocortisone on that area cus then you will get skin atrophy, also using ashwagandha like i said will cancel out the cons of the hpa axis being affected negatively and still give more positive benefits like less cortisol and stuff
