How to cover up recessed maxilla

I understand that surgery is the only way to fix my recessed maxilla and I am considering that but in the meantime, what can I do to I guess max out everything else to where the maxilla is the only weak point and everything else looks good around it. Like how some guys have bad eye area but they pull it off with good surrounding facial features. What surgeries should I consider and injectable’s and also what Softmaxxes are available for this?

You can softmaxx it, of course surgery is needed 100% and this wont really ascend you, but in the meantime OP should try to get a tan, darker skin helps to hide failos, light skin is only good if you already look good, this is why many niggers don't look subhuman even though most of them are boneless
