How to create microfractures to grow taller? + Give Tips

I'm 5'9 120lbs just turned 16 but I have short parents, hot puberty late and my growth plates are still open.
I also can't get HGH where I live so any other advice?

legit jumping on one leg is tough asf especially with ankle weights damn i feel my shinbones shattering

and thats the best one yet . You literally can feel how your legs dying after a X amount of reps

i do it for 20 mins i think its enough to create microfractures, im experimenting with the microfactures method now hopefully im also stretching right i'll measure after a while and see what i've got

Tbh times is not matter, you need to do it untill your legs give up. Somebody can do 30 per one leg max, somebody can do 200.

You will grow regardless of using micro fractures or not. If you are 120lbs soaking wet at 5’9, you are most likely very physically underdeveloped, meaning that you have more adequate time to grow

A bonesmashing technique not frequently talked about is foot mashing, back in the days of lookism this was extremely popular but its gatekept now. Personally I used this to gain three inches of unfrauded height after my growth plates close. Also a good tip is to keep smashing even after the skin turns a bit purple. You might hear a bit of cracking that's ok just hit the bone harder and don't stop until you've done 100 reps

no nigga thats too much 2.5kg is enough if ur planning on only using it for sprinting, for jumping u might need to up it a notch so more microfractures tho

Want to use while pull ups too, thats gonna put tensional stress will it help streching shin bones
